Paul Aggett

Paul began his career at PWC before moving into the UK financial services sector, where he was Finance Director at a UK Life Assurance company for a number of years. Paul remains involved in that business as a Non Executive Director and is also a Non Executive Director of an offshore Life Assurance Company, which he purchased for a leading UK Fund Management company. Paul was integrally involved in the outsourcing of the administration of both of the above companies. In recent years Paul has worked in the UK Fund Management and UK Property industries. Paul has been involved with Magellan since inception.

Kesh Sharma

Kesh began his career with Andersen Consulting, and then moved on to form a niche technology consultancy specialising in ERP implementations, where he developed an in depth knowledge of the Financial Services Sector. Kesh subsequently went onto found Magellan and Kesh has specific expertise within the Insurance arena (both General and Life), Banking and Legal Services and has extensive experience in managing outsourcing projects and delivering significant savings for organisations.

Roy Marshall

Roy worked in the airline industry, mainly on the Customer Service side, for more than 40 years. Most of his career was working overseas for British Caledonian and British Airways. In 1996, BA posted him to Mumbai to setup and manage WNS, one of the leading BPO companies. He retired from BA when WNS was sold to Warburg Pincus.

A management consultant since 1984 Keith has over 20 years experience of growing businesses for the benefit of clients and shareholders. He has worked with a number of FTSE 250 & SME Clients in the area of business performance improvement and now concentrates his efforts on crafting Magellan’s business to meet the ever-challenging needs of Clients.

An expert in the field, Martin has extensive experience of transitioning work to offshore locations. He has previously worked with Roy Marshall to setup and pilot specific processes with WNS. Martin has more recently worked with a number of Magellan’s clients in helping them start on their outsourcing journeys.
